Prior to your free evaluation we call your insurance to ask all of the right questions. On your evaluation we use our videoscope to view inside your ears (you get to see too!) and afterwards we do a comprehensive audiometric test. Based on test results, we review your options while considering your hearing goals and preferences. Follow-up visits are included in your satisfaction guaranteed period, where your hearing goals are now our goals!
